		<content type="html">Thank you for your concern and information.&amp;nbsp; Unfortunately, we are all to aware of how food allergies are diagnosed, treated, and such.&amp;nbsp; We have kept food diaries for several months at a time to determine our sons allergens.&amp;nbsp; We have skin scratch testing as well as blood testing once a year.&amp;nbsp; We keep a food diary log for a test group.&amp;nbsp; We check in at a six month period with our physicians on diet.&amp;nbsp; In addition, the foods that our son has negative skin and blood testing are then subject to an oral food challenge, which is generally done at National Jewish.&amp;nbsp; This is the number one facility in the United States for the last 12 years for respiratory diseases.&amp;nbsp; My son has to keep his epi-pen jr., inhaler, and benadryl with him at all times.&amp;nbsp; I appreciate you concern that we may not have all the information on food allergies available.&amp;nbsp; The rise of food allergies is increasing at an alarming rate.&amp;nbsp; It is important that we bring as much attention to this as we can to keep our children safe.&lt;br&gt;</content>

		<content type="html">The most common tests performed on a patient to determine what is causing their allergies consist of scratch tests and blood tests. If the allergy appears to be the result of a food, a food diary may be necessary to help determine the allergen. Once the allergen is determined, there are several options for a patient to help them control their allergic reactions.</content>
